QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as a Dance Instructor or similar role

Strong dance background in various styles with a minimum of 5 years of experience

Certification in dance or equivalent training and education

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well with students of all ages and skill levels

Strong organizational and time management skills

Creative and innovative teaching methods

Passion for dance and commitment to helping students achieve their goals
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs and abilities of each student

Instruct students in various dance techniques, including ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, and contemporary

Demonstrate dance movements and techniques for students to follow

Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their skills

Organize and oversee rehearsals for performances and competitions

Manage and maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all students

Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff members
